Cost of Service
Our service cost covers store design, marketing materials, and setup. Please note that hosting is not included in our service. You will need to pay for a Shopify subscription for your store to remain active. The Shopify Basic plan costs $32 per month and is required to keep your store active.
Suppliers & Products
Please note that we import products that are available at that moment from various suppliers. After your store is delivered we are not responsible for the stock or inventory of any respective product or supplier.
Lifetime Support & Guidance
Lifetime Support & Guidance includes answers to any questions you might have regarding dropshipping, marketing, and running your store.
Please note that support is only valid for the stores we built.
Note: Our support does not include customization of themes, layout, or marketing materials after you have accepted the store. Our services do not cover ads management, store management on your behalf, or any extra services not mentioned on our website. Our themes can be easily customized or changed. All services rendered are provided once and are final.
Payment Gateway
Shopify payment gateway policies prohibit certain substances and items from being sold. dropbuild.com does not take responsibility or provide payment gateway/setup for unapproved products. Store owners are responsible for their own payment gateway approvals.
Fulfillment of Service
Once your order has been received, we will confirm your purchase within 24 hours. Our team will then begin working on your store. It’s important to note that we will give you an estimated delivery time. This is only an estimate and does not guarantee on time delivery.
